Your Role
Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will be a seasoned Architectural Drafter and be responsible for influencing a positive, dynamic culture and primarily:

• Analyse designs and prepare preliminary sketches from detailed instructions
• Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Construction and liaise with relevant departments such as Councils, Engineering Consultants
• Prepare and manage planning and encumbrance applications
• Ensure compliance with council and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed architectural documentation using AutoCAD
• Liaise with client and other stakeholders
• Oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support successful project approvals and delivery

Other Details
The position is an onsite, full-time position and offers a sound career path.  Remuneration guide is $85K - $90K + Super. 
 
About You

• An experienced Architectural Draftsperson
• Confident in using and training on AutoCAD, MS365 and other relevant systems
• Experience with Volume Builders 
• Have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Can problem solving and visualise ideas in three dimensional form
• Are professional, have patience and good communication
