Your Role
Whether you're a recent graduate or have hands-on experience, the successful applicant is reliable, hardworking, passionate about machinery, maintenance, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and fault-find on a variety of machinery (grading, packaging, seeding, cutting, pneumatic/hydraulic systems)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and reduce equipment downtime
- Repair irrigation systems and pumps
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and food safety requirements
- Provide accurate customer service in the showroom when needed
Other Details
This is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday and Day shift only. There may be some need for occasional weekend work. This is a multi site business with true growth opportunity. Located in Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. Hourly rate of $35 - $42 per hour + Super
About You:
- Trade-qualified with preventative maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical work
- Physically fit, hands-on, and willing to travel between sites
- Team player who can also work independently
- Welding skills (TIG/MIG) desirable
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented
