One of Australia’s leading commercial construction companies, who offer above standard training, exposure and projects, is looking for a new Interiors Project Manager to join their talented team. Your Role
The Interiors Project Manager is accountable for the planning, scope, budget/ finance, quality and delivery of the project, from concept to handover. Some key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, and contract compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing handovers and defect resolution.
- Overseeing financial performance, including progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments.
- Conducting site inspections, monitor progress, and support tender, design, and construction phases.
- Promoting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and compliance with QA, HSE, and company policies.
- Participating in training and professional development to maintain expertise.
Other Details
Based in Adelaide, this is a full-time permanent role offering several people-benefits and perks. You will have your own office, company vehicle and remuneration guide is $130K - $160K for the right person.
About You
- Experienced Project Management in Interiors, Refurbishment or Fit out projects
- Excellent financial and technical aptitude
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft platform
- High level planning, forecasting and programming skills
