Your Role
You will report to the Sales Director and will strategically lead submissions, partnerships with buyers, conduct successful visual presentations and manage mass-scale accounts whilst driving growth and boosting brand presence. Main duties require you to;
- Develop and execute strategic plans for major key accounts
- Introduce new lines to existing buyers and work collaboratively on timely presentations and submissions
- Build trusting relationships with buyers and stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, promotions and joint business plans
- Collaborate with internal teams on launches, presentations and promotions
- Manage forecasts, budgets and trade spend
- Identify new business opportunities
- Attend and trade shows and events, representing the brand with excellence
- Remain updated on industry trends and product alerts
About You
- It would be great if you've worked with TOYS!! but not essential
- Solid experience in managing major mass retail and FMCG accounts nationwide
- Proven success in negotiating and delivering commercial outcomes with major accounts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forward-think around opportunities for further developing sales
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Digitally fluent in MS 365, CRM systems and Sales Analysis
- Highly organised, proactive and sales-driven
