The Company
A locally based, global consumer business, with supportive European headquarters, growing a highly complex product environment, with some 10,000 SKUs. The organisation has grown considerably in recent years, and is set to continue succession due to consumer demand.

Your Role
Works closely with European HQ, and other key stakeholders, diving deep into analytics and financial reports for a diverse product portfolio. You will lead the FP&A process, including financial planning, reporting and analysing, for the purpose of budgeting, forecasting and driving the company's strategic initiatives.  Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting process for multiple product lines
• Analysing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partnering with commercial teams to provide financial insight and recommendations
• Developing and maintain pricing, margin, and SKU-level profitability models
• Liaising with AU and EU finance, sales and leadership counterparts, across various time zones, to align global reporting and planning cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualifications such as a CPA, CFA or MBA but open to all relevant Financial Qualifications
• Experience in Financial Analysing or FP&A, ideally in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing
• Strong Excel and data modelling skills; Power BI or similar tools
• Experience working with large SKU sets or complex inventory portfolios.
