Your Role
You will build meaningful relationships with senior leaders and job hunters by generating leads, undertaking professional meetings, writing ads and interviewing. No two days are the same; with urgency to meet deadlines being paramount to your success in closing successful employment contracts. Focus areas:
- Initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with executives and professionals across multiple industries locally and globally
- Source, interview, submit, advocate and place professional job hunters into permanent, temporary and contract positions
- Ensure you never miss a beat, keep your finger on the pulse and follow up employers and job hunters like a boss
- Complete important data capture for compliance, record keeping and relationships
Other Details The position is located in Gawler, with hybrid and travel options as required. An attractive base + super + bonuses on offer with considerations to both full time and part time Recruitment Consultants.
About You You'll align with our core values, be highly motivated, ambitious and a sales professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment. Ideally, you will come from a sales or recruitment background, selling high quality service with a strong desire to hit targets. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, written and verbal English skills, be confident, proactive, collaborative and teachable.
