Your Role
You'll hold an influential position, leading projects from inception to completion.  You'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts and subcontractors and be at the forefront of dynamic, high-profile land developments and construction. Duties include;

• Key stakeholder engagement for Project Planning & Coordination  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and construction schedules
• Leading and selecting teams of subcontractors, engineers, architects and on-site supervisors to ensure effective collaboration 
• Review and manage contracts, designs, change orders and pre-construction activities  
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance 
• Risk Management Identification 
• Prepare reports and present regular project updates to stakeholders and clients
• Oversee the final inspection and completion of projects, ensuring delivery within timeframes and to budget

Other Details 
The position is a full-time permanent role. The remuneration package is competitive and approximately $180-200K depending on the level of local experience and licencing that you bring. 
 
About You

• Sound experience managing multi-storey projects and developments, ideally retirement living, apartments or other higher rise buildings 
• Excellent financial aptitude
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of construction, contracts, and regulations
• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
