Your Role:
As Parts Coordinator you'll be part of a motivated team and play a key role in keeping the parts warehouse running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and storing automotive parts with precision, ensuring everything flows seamlessly for the team and customers. Regular responsibilities require you to;
- Unpack and receipt incoming stock, ensuring all items are stored appropriately and in good condition.
- Accurately pick and pack parts for dispatch to customers, double-checking for damage and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain the receiving and despatch area in a clean and organised manner.
- Advise the Parts Manager about any shortages, damaged parts, or stock issues.
- Ensure freight stamps and consignment notes are always available.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and store parts in optimal locations.
- Provide delivery support as needed and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Other Details
The position is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. The company hires for the long term and will always look for ways to progress you through the company. The remuneration guide is approximately $65K.
About You: - A background in auto part, from either a Warehouse or a Retail Store environment
- A valid driver’s license (manual vehicle) and forklift license.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
- Clear communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manage the physical demands of the job.
