About the Role
As a Client Solutions Principal, you'll be driving the quality, consistency, and impact of FromHereOn’s pre-sales solutioning efforts by co-designing high-value proposals, leading bids, and embedding scalable, presales standards while remaining partially billable in client engagements to stay connected to delivery.
- Partners closely with Directors, Practice Leads, and Account Owners
- Champions pre-sales assets, automation, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Be Doing Client Focused Project Delivery and Account Development - Client relationship management and development
- Project delivery
- Content creation
- Peer review and subject matter expertise input
- Business development in new and current clients
- Proposal development
Lead Bids & Proposals - Shape, write, quality assure, and manage the delivery of high-value proposals — from scoping and solution framing to writing and submission — ensuring commercial alignment, compelling narratives, and client-fit.
- Support sales-focused Directors in pre-sales client conversations to shape opportunities towards our service offerings.
- Onboard the allocated delivery team to won proposals during pre-mobilisation.
Standardise & Improve Proposal Assets - Build and maintain a scalable library of proposal materials, including reusable components, case studies, and pricing frameworks — using automation and AI for efficiencies and standardisation where possible.
What Success Looks Like - You stay connected to delivery, spending 30–50% of your time on meaningful client work
- You lead the charge in improving how we pitch and win work, driving key pre-sales initiatives to uplift consistency and impact
- You ensure proposals and bids are delivered on time, with clarity, polish, and strategic alignment
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Principal Consultant or equivalent senior consulting role.
- Strong coaching and communication capabilities
- Demonstrated skills in producing polished documents, with attention to detail.
- Experience in writing winning proposals.
- Proven success balancing delivery excellence with non-delivery responsibilities.
- Background in enterprise architecture, business design, data, or digital transformation programs. Experience working in consulting environments with matrixed accountability.
