About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be right in the action, and working alongside architects, stakeholders and business leads to drive change that sticks.
This role is perfect for someone who has a few solid years of consulting experience, thrives in complex, dynamic environments, and is ready to take the next step in their career – with the backing of a supportive, experienced team.
 
 
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll contribute to high-impact transformation projects by bringing structure, creativity, and systems thinking to complex challenges. Your responsibilities may include:

• Frame and clarify business and technology challenges to support client objectives.
• Develop and maintain architecture artefacts (capability models, process maps, tech landscapes, service blueprints).
• Supporting the development of business and technology roadmaps by connecting strategy, design, architecture and outputs to transformation.
• Prepare and co-facilitate client workshops to elicit insights, test assumptions, and align stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs across teams and track deliverable progress, ensuring alignment with engagement timelines.
• Ensuring service design outputs are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and deliverables.
• Contributing to data and integration architecture efforts, supporting the development of flows, catalogues, and AI readiness.
• Supporting the practice with continuous improvement, contribute to the evolution of methods, templates, and practice assets
• Building relationships with clients and contributing to new proposals and ideas.

 
Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in enterprise or business architecture consulting, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, BIZBOK) and hands-on experience with models such as capability maps, application landscapes, or operating models.
• Ability to connect business goals, processes, data, and technology in a clear and actionable way.
• Strong experience in architecture modelling tools
• Comfortable working within transformation programs, contributing to roadmaps and guiding teams through change.
• Knowledge of modern operating models, such as agile at scale or product/platform models.
• Exposure to data and AI considerations in enterprise strategy
• Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills – in tools like Miro, PowerPoint, or Figma.
