AGS ONE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team in Brighton.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a professional recruitment and business environment, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship through Apprentice Academy.
 
- What You'll Be Doing
 
You'll work closely with the AGS ONE team and support the day-to-day running of the business, including:
 

• Providing general administrative support
• Managing emails, documents and records
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Assisting with reports and spreadsheets
• Supporting recruitment and business administration processes
• Communicating with candidates, clients and colleagues
• Helping with day-to-day office tasks
• Maintaining accurate and organised records

 
- What We're Looking For
 
We're looking for someone who is:
 

• Organised and reliable
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Confident and professional when communicating
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• A good team player
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive, hardworking and motivated to build a career

 
We're looking for someone with at least 6 weeks of previous administration experience who is ready to take the next step and build a great career in Business Administration.
