Role Description:
Day to day we visit customers with a wide range of pest control issues and use our problem-solving talents to determine the most effective solutions, along the way providing the best customer service possible. Every day is different as we deal with a varied range of creepy crawlies, ranging from rats to bed bugs.
Your role would be to drive pest control sales primarily through new clients, but also within the existing framework of relationships AGS has with key players in the Transport and Facilities environment.
Pest Control Sales Surveyor Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate new business opportunities and drive commercial sales growth.
Manage enquiries and leads through to successful conversion.
Identify and deliver effective pest control solutions by working closely with the service delivery team.
Support larger national account opportunities when required.
Source new business through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, networking, and reports.
Collaborate with other AGS sales teams to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance as required.
Comply with all AGS policies, work objectives, risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and members of the public.
Ensure any AGS vehicle and equipment (where applicable) is kept clean and well maintained.
Act at all times in the best commercial interests of AGS.
Pest Control Sales Surveyor Qualifications and Experience:
Complete surveys and quotations in a timely fashion, using designated methods and software
Adhere to AGS' ISO quality procedures and IMS processes
1 to 2 years experience within the Pest Control industry
