Position Overview
The Direct Hire Recruiter is responsible for conducting the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and submitting/presenting candidates for open Direct Hire roles, as well as preparing them for interviews with the client.

Essential Duties and Requirements

• Coordinates with the client talent acquisition team(s) to determine position requirements and align recruiting strategy with client needs.
• Identifies qualified candidates for positions using various sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Composes and sends compelling recruiting emails to potential candidates to generate interest in a career with the client.
• Engages with potential candidates on social media and professional networks and educates candidates on open positions.
• Develops talent pipelines and maintains relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Proactively communicates with previous applicants regarding new job opportunities.
• Schedules and conducts candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and motivations.
• Reviews candidate information to ensure candidates have appropriate qualifications for the position.
• Maintains a sense of urgency in ensuring candidates are moving through the preboarding and onboarding process quickly; follows up with hiring manager in a timely manner.
• Maintains client and candidate communications via Applicant Tracking Systems and ensures records are being logged into the system and updated appropriately.
• Assists with creating competitive compensation packages and extending offers to candidates.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for clients highlighting progress toward requisition goals.
• Mets or exceeds recruiting metrics as set by the client and leadership.
• Strives for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Criteria

• BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field, preferred. High School diploma or GED, required.
• 2+ years’ work experience as a Recruiter, with experience recruiting for healthcare roles for a hospital system, preferred.
• Proven experience working with recruitment technology including but not limited to ATS's, Skill Survey, Calendly, Texting Platforms, Job Boards, Chrome Extensions.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  
Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside an office environment.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Frequently communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, email, and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
