Our positions are 100% remote. We are seeking a clinical recruiter with at least two years of full-cycle hospital recruitment experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing for hard-to-fill positions on various platforms
• Scheduling and conducting candidates interviews
• Calculating compensation and extending offers
• Perform due diligence on candidates and new clients
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports for clients
• Maintain all client and candidate communication in applicant tracking system
• Maintaining and nurturing candidate pipeline

Qualified candidates must be comfortable and confident corresponding with clients and candidates both written, verbally, and in person.

Preferred Experience:

• MUST have 2+ years of hospital recruitment, talent acquisition
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and ATS
• High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
• Working independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $66,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
