Position Overview We are seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our team! The Talent Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment operations ensuring seamless, positive experiences for both candidates and internal teams. This individual will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, track and update candidate profiles, and handle scheduling for training, meetings, and evaluations. Additionally, they support talent acquisition by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing pipelines for future hiring needs. The Talent Operations Coordinator also assists with business development tasks, maintains our social media presence, and handles various administrative functions to support the company's recruiting goals and operational excellence. This position is fully remote.
Essential Duties and Requirements
Post and update high-priority job openings on internal and external job boards.
Manage all onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
Maintain and update candidate profiles and statuses across internal and external databases.
Generate KPI reports and metrics from platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobadder, Analytics, and Acuity.
Schedule employee training sessions, meetings, check-ins, performance evaluations, and events.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Source, engage, and screen qualified talent acquisition professionals using phone, email, and social media; assess applications to meet client and company standards.
Prepare and assist in presenting information for meetings.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all employment-related matters.
Scribe for any requested meetings
Assist with business development, including but not limited to sourcing contacts, researching potential clients, and conducting outreach.
Create outreach templates and support training development and delivery.
Manage employee relations, such as tracking birthdays/anniversaries, sending gifts, and maintaining swag inventory.
Oversee company social media presence by posting, engaging, and maintaining brand visibility.
Assist with drip campaign creation and monitoring in marketing platforms
Arrange employee travel, ensure expenses align with budgets, and process reimbursements.
Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
Step in to fulfill sourcing duties during sourcers’ absence, ensuring uninterrupted talent acquisition.
Engage potential candidates on social and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed).
Compose and send recruiting emails, coordinate with the corporate team on role requirements, and use suggested sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and conduct phone screens.
Track conversion rates, from passive candidates to offers, and maintain applicant databases.
Request referrals from employees and external networks; promote the employer brand both online and offline.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Education and Experience Criteria
Associate’s degree or three (3) years of directly related experience preferred.
Proficient to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
ATS experience preferred.
Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside an office environment.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
Frequently communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, email, and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Job Type: Full-time - REMOTE Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
