We're looking for a Solana Smart Contract Engineer who can take ownership of our core protocol logic, work closely with frontend and product teams, and deliver secure, performant, upgradeable programs - built with Rust + Anchor.
What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Solana smart contracts using Rust + Anchor
• Own the full lifecycle of on-chain programs: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and upgrades
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate programs into dApps via web3.js and Anchor clients
• Optimize compute unit usage and manage Solana-specific constraints like rent, accounts, PDAs, etc.
• Write clear documentation and tooling for devs and integrators
• Participate in audits, code reviews, and security processes
• Stay up to date with Solana ecosystem updates (token extensions, compression, sysvars, etc.)

You Should Have

• 2+ years of Rust development experience
• 1+ year working with Solana, Anchor, and Sealevel runtime
• Experience building and shipping real-world smart contracts on Solana mainnet
• Familiarity with dApp integration patterns (wallet adapters, client SDKs, web3.js)
• Understanding of Solana primitives: PDAs, CPI, token program, program constraints
• Strong testing, debugging, and deployment practices (e.g., Solana CLI, Anchor CLI, localnet/testnet)
• Ability to write clean, secure, and efficient code

Bonus Points For

• Full-stack dApp experience (React, Next.js, Tailwind, etc.)
• Experience with Metaplex, Token Metadata, Solana Pay, or compressed NFTs
• Familiarity with Helius, Triton, Dialect, or xNFTs
• Contributions to Solana open-source projects
• Participation in Solana hackathons or grant-funded projects
