We’re building on Solana, the fastest, most scalable blockchain for real-world adoption. Our mission is to bring real ownership to creators by build the next generation of DeFi primitives. Backed by top ecosystem players and a fast-growing community, we’re looking for a Community & Ecosystem Manager to supercharge our presence, grow our tribe, and help us scale impact across the Solana ecosystem.
Your Role
As Community & Ecosystem Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our team and the wider Solana world. You’ll grow our community, engage users and builders, forge key relationships, and activate on-chain and off-chain initiatives that drive real adoption and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Activation
  • Build, manage, and energize our community across X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and beyond.
  • Plan and execute events, AMAs, campaigns, and community rewards (on-chain and off-chain).
  • Turn passive followers into active contributors and superfans.
• Ecosystem Relationships
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with Solana-native projects, DAOs, tooling providers, and creators.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, product integrations, and partnership activations.
• Content & Communication
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver high-impact content: community updates, tutorials, threads, memes, and announcements.
  • Monitor and report community sentiment, feedback, and insights to inform product and growth teams.
• Events & IRL
  • Represent us at key Solana events, Hacker Houses, and community meetups (virtually or in-person).
  • Help plan and execute IRL activations, bounties, and sponsored initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4+ years experience in community management, ecosystem growth, or partnerships, ideally in Web3 or tech startups.
• Deep familiarity with Solana, its culture, tools, and leading ecosystem projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a bias for action, ideas, and execution.
• Comfortable working async in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with on-chain analytics, bounty programs, grant coordination, or DAO tooling.
