Embark on an exciting journey as a Solution Architect with our dynamic team! We're thrilled to offer a 6-month rolling contract opportunity to support a long-standing CoreTeam client as they embark on a major Workday HCM Implementation. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite, and an immediate start.

• 6-Month Rolling Contract•

Project Duration: 2–3 Years

• Inside IR35

Preferred Requirements:

Expertise in Workday and a proven track record of successful integrations with existing HR systems.
Strong focus on integration strategy and execution, ensuring seamless alignment between Workday and the client's existing HR infrastructure.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with the client's IT and HR teams to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and address complex integration challenges.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a deep understanding of Workday and its integration capabilities.
Proven track record of successful Workday HCM implementations, with a strong focus on integration and system alignment.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and deliver projects on time and within budget.
