The Opportunity
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to join a medical technology manufacturer company in Germany.

This company is at a vital stage of taking their HR systems to the next level and if you want to be part of a Greenfield implementation, now’s the perfect time to jump in.


About you
They are looking for someone hands on and with good experience with Workday HCM Core, who will be responsible for leading and optimising and proactively advise and optimise Workday to the company's best interest. 


The Role
  

• working with the implementation partner to make sure best practices are in place and Workday gets implemented accordingly.
• Make your mark and shape the Workday HCM landscape
• permanent opportunity
• Design business processes and help to construct best practices in these modules 
• English and German speaking are a must
