The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of our Baranduda Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Wodonga, Victoria.

Working closely with project and site teams, you will coordinate day-to-day administration, maintain project documentation and support onboarding, mobilisation, procurement and reporting activities.

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys a busy construction environment, takes ownership of their work and builds strong relationships across a project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site teams.
• Maintain project documentation, records, registers and document control processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities, including compliance documentation and site access requirements.
• Assist with purchasing, purchase orders, invoice processing and procurement tracking.
• Support cost tracking and the preparation of project reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on actions.
• Assist with timesheets, travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
• Liaise with employees, subcontractors and suppliers to support project requirements.

About You

• Previous experience in project or site administration, ideally within construction, electrical infrastructure or renewable energy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience supporting onboarding, mobilisation and document control processes.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoice processing and cost tracking.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
• Current Australian work rights.
