Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our site based team on a 5:2 DIDO roster from Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role supporting the successful delivery of a major infrastructure and resources project across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Site Management team you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
• Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance
• Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices
• Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and think creatively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience supporting mobilisation activities, working closely with recruitment and site administration teams
