About the Role

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused, with the ability to work across multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Experience in administration, project support, contracts or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
• Strong problem-solving and numerical skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

About You

• Highly organised and detail focused
• Experienced in contract, commercial or project administration
• From a construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, electricity or resources background
• Strong with Microsoft Office and project systems
• Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
• A strong communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
