Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will be a site-based administration role, working a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) roster and doing 12 hours/day.
You will be working on one of Exact's remote projects in Northern Territory.
You will be responsible for providing administration support and ensuring the team meets Exact Contracting and Client requirements for all daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Answer and directs incoming calls, emails and correspondence;
- Undertake data entry and reporting on items such as payroll and production;
- Assist with the collation of information for monthly reports and claims;
- Maintain site and personnel records and collates/prepares information;
- Coordinate new starter processes including, but not limited to, booking flights and accommodation, site access and induction requirements;
- Ensures visitors and subcontractors have necessary site access, induction requirements, and uniform; and
- Report all safety hazards, risks and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedures.

What will the successful candidate have? - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Mining/Civil;
- Current valid driver’s licence;
- Valid White Card;
- Proactive, can-do attitude and adaptable approach towards work;
- Ability to engage well with others, display empathy and maintain confidentiality;
- High degree of organisation skills and attention to detail;
- Strong computer and data entry skills;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office; and
- Intermediate-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
