Join the Exact team in a local administration role, supporting projects in day to day administrative tasks based in Darwin, Northern Territory. 
  
Responsibilities

• Answer and directs incoming calls, emails and correspondence;
• Undertake data entry and reporting on items such as payroll, accounting and production;
• Coordinate site access and onboarding for employees, visitors and sub contractors; 
• Coordinate new starter processes including, but not limited to, booking flights and accommodation, site access and induction requirements;
• Assist with the collation of information for monthly reports and claims;
• Maintain site and personnel records and collates/prepares information;
• Report all safety hazards, risks and incidents in accordance with site reporting policy and procedures.

What will the successful candidate have?

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Mining/Civil;
• Current valid driver’s licence and white card;
• Ability to display empathy, discretion and maintain confidentiality;
• Proactive, can-do attitude and adaptable approach towards work;
• High degree of organisation skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office; and
• Intermediate-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
