Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and support our project operations in the mining, civil, water and agriculture industries. This role is based at our Support Services Office in Wayville, South Australia.
  
This role suits someone who enjoys an operational focused role. The successful candidate will support our project teams delivering projects in remote Australia with high volume recruitment, performance management, providing HR guidance and return to work coordination.
  
Role Responsibilities:

• End to end high volume recruitment & onboarding;
• Providing IR/ER advice and support as required;
• Drive the performance feedback process with managers;
• Support and coach managers across a range of HR activities including performance management, succession planning, talent and reward processes & professional development.
• Injury and return to work management; and
• Participate in HR specific projects.

Role Requirements:

• Tertiary HR Qualification (or equivalent);
• Experience in a similar role;
• Ability to competently use Microsoft Office; and
• Experience with a HRIS system (highly regarded).
