Exact Contracting Services are seeking Skilled Building Associate (Site Supervisor) for our projects based in South Australia.

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Current driver's licence (essential);
• Current construction white card (essential);
• Diploma and/or at least three years relevant experience (essential);
• Experience supervising construction sites, including organising and coordinating materials, plant and labour as required; 
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team;
• Personal drive and results orientated.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising construction sites, and organising and co-ordinating the materials, plant and labour required.
• Assisting Management in planning and organisation of work programs.
• Reporting to management on issues requiring resolution and status of work programs.
• Liaison with engineers and other associated personnel on jobsites.
• Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice.
• Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.
• Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.
• Co-ordinating works programs.
• Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and Standards.
• Ensuring all plant services and maintenance schedules are adhered to and completed.
• Calculating costs and estimating time scales.
• Carrying out site safety audits.
