We’re currently looking for a Sales & Membership Engagement Temp to join a busy and supportive team in St Leonards.
This is a 3–6 month contract, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right person.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and taking a proactive, sales-focused approach.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting membership growth, retention, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie

• Follow up non-renewing members to understand feedback and encourage retention
• Contact event attendees to introduce membership opportunities
• Support upsell campaigns across membership programs and services
• Conduct welcome calls for new members and introduce available benefits
• Promote events, including branch meetings and AGMs
• Gather member testimonials and case studies for marketing use
• Support branch engagement initiatives and targeted outreach projects
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data entry

About You

• Confident communicator with a natural sales approach
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport
• Proactive, results-driven and highly organised
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous sales, customer service or membership experience highly regarded
