We are currently seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a sales-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities, while working closely with an experienced recruitment team.

The Role

• Identify, target and secure new recruitment clients
• Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Proactively generate job opportunities and qualified leads
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to client onboarding
• Work closely with recruiters to hand over new roles

About You

• Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and results-focused mindset
• Professional, confident and commercially aware
• Motivated to build long-term client partnerships
