We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a busy 360 recruitment desk. With a strong flow of roles and established client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to join a respected agency and play a key role in our continued growth.

The Role

Manage the full end-to-end 360 recruitment process
Build and develop new and existing client relationships
Prepare job ads, position descriptions and selection criteria
Source, screen, shortlist and place candidates
Maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships

About You

Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing or sales
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own desk
Results-driven with experience meeting KPIs
Professional, confident and relationship-focused
Excellent communication and organisational skills
