MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inside Sales
Respond to inbound leads and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Qualify inbound leads in terms of opportunity and potential and triage to various team members
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, BD and consulting teams to develop and expand client opportunities
Draft and support the development of written documentation for clients, in the form of proposals and statements of work outlining the scope of services
Build and maintain internal relationships to ensure clients receive excellent customer service
Respond to client queries regarding our range of products and services, including direct and channel partner clients
Maintain communication templates with product updates and pricing
Coordinate and take minutes for internal team meeting, and follow up agreed actions
Implement any process improvements for team efficiency
Manage opportunities and pipeline in CRM
Utilise CRM effectively
Maintain commercial awareness on industry and business matters
Be proficient in use of all tools and services
Bid Co-ordination Support
Work with Account Management team to provide process and administrative support to bids.
Monitor tender sites to identify appropriate opportunities for response in consultation with broader team
Ensure compliance with regular contract reporting requirements
Maintain repository of tender reference materials
Provide copy and editing of others’ copy for tender responses
Have a sound knowledge of product and solutions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (relevant disciplines such as business, science or psychology preferred)
Experience:
Sales or consulting experience in professional services preferred
