Accounts Admin Assistant
We’re working with a valued client, who are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Assistant to join their team. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance function, with responsibility for end-to-end accounts payable and receivable along with general office admin duty's. You will have a chance to grow and develop rapidly in this role, and you will have full support and training from the day you commence so you are successful in it.
The role is 5 days in the office with hybrid available once probation has passed. You will ideally have your own transport, as the office is in Enfield, not close to any train line. There will be international meetings via zoom, as it is a global company, so someone able to join these sessions is a must.
You will be responsible for supporting the Company Accountant in the provision of the financial and accounting functions of the Company.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for AP/AR posting and management
- Cashbook & Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in month-end report preparation
- Liaison with Customers, Suppliers, Coworkers & Management as required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
