Our client is expanding, and we're seeking motivated and passionate Farm Insurance Specialists to join our team in Victoria -  Wangaratta, Yarra Valley & High Country VIC

What you’ll bring

• A strong sales mindset with a self-starter attitude

• A genuine passion for rural life and supporting regional communities
• A willingness to learn (insurance experience is a bonus, not a barrier)
• ANZIIF qualifications and RG146 compliance (or ready to obtain)

• Work directly with farmers and agribusiness clients to understand their risks and insurance needs
• Build and grow a local portfolio through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Provide meaningful, customised solutions that earns long-term trust
• Be a visible, respected presence in your region
