Administrative Assistant (Temp – Student or RTW Opportunity)
Hours: 3 hours per day, 3 days per week
About the Role:
Our North Sydney based client is looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with general office and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or someone returning to the workforce (RTW) to gain valuable office experience in a supportive, professional environment. Working 3-4 hours, 3-4 days per week on a contract, temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration and office support
Assist with mail, stationery, kitchen supplies, and equipment orders
Coordinate bookings and set up for 6 meeting rooms
Support with catering arrangements for meetings and events
Coffee runs and light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy workspace
Ad hoc tasks and errands as directed by the EA to the CEO

Able to take initiative and work independently
Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential
