IOT Senior Partnerships Manager
We are looking for a hungry and ambitious Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the expansion of our clients IoT connectivity solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
This high-impact growth role is responsible for building and scaling strategic relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and direct end users, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable revenue growth.
As a key member of the ANZ leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director – ANZ to deliver the go-to-market strategy, uncover new verticals, and deepen our presence in the IoT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop deep vertical execution into markets where we have a unique value proposition.
• Develop and lead the partnerships strategy to accelerate adoption of the clients Dual SIM Managed Modem/Router across multiple sectors.
• Identify, engage, and manage strategic distribution and reseller partners, as well as direct high-value enterprise clients.
• Build strong commercial and technical relationships to integrate our connectivity solutions into wider IoT deployments.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure partner enablement and solution alignment.
• Represent the client in strategic discussions, industry events, and executive-level meetings with key partners.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting through onboarding, enablement, and growth.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and sales strategy.
• Manage performance metrics and pipeline through CRM and regular reporting to executive leadership.
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales in the IoT, telecommunications, networking, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in building and scaling partner and channel ecosystems, ideally with a hardware and/or connectivity solution.
• Strong understanding of IoT technologies, mobile network infrastructure (4G/LTE, dual SIM), and industrial connectivity use cases.
• Experience working with or selling into industries such as security, utilities, transport, industrial automation, or smart infrastructure.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in technical sales, solutions engineering, or product partnerships.
• Background in connectivity solutions and technical understanding of modem, router and 4g / 5g connectivity solutions
• Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
