We are currently seeking a talented and experienced recruitment consultant to join the team and take over filling some of our vacant roles. The Role:
· 360 degree recruitment - take care of full end-to-end recruitment process
· Business development/sourcing new prospect clients
· Preparing position descriptions, person specifications, selection criteria
· Placing advertisements for jobs requirements
· Sourcing, screening, short-listing, qualifying & placing candidates
· Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
The Candidate:
· Good attitude, excellent work ethic with ability to manage their own day
· Preferred experience in recruitment or resourcing is highly regarded.
· Proven experience in sales and meeting KPI's
· Self-motivated, career driven, a team player
· Professional, outgoing, confident, credible, ethical and well presented
· Strong communication and organisational skills are a must
