Position: Store Manager
Location: Canberra
Salary: $61,800
Roster: 38 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• (Potential flexibility for Saturdays down the track)  

A leading fashion retailer is looking for a motivated Store Manager to oversee store operations in Canberra. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, lead and develop the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll also host Fashion and Styling Events in support of local and national charities.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and manage financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Promote community engagement through charity events.  

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and develop a high-performing team.
• Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
