Job Title: Client Experience Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Martin Place
Salary: $60K - $75K (paid on a pro-rata basis)

Role Overview:
PKL Recruitment are recruiting for Client Experience Specialist. This is a Permanent Part-Time position (Monday - Friday), based in Martin Place, where you will provide exceptional client service and assist in the sales, operations, and administrative functions of ABC Bullion. The role involves greeting clients, processing transactions, and assisting with precious metal purchases, while maintaining smooth showroom and stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, process sales and buybacks, and facilitate the collection of precious metals.
• Establish relationships to encourage repeat business and sales opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls, process cash payments, and assist with Dispatch and Cashroom duties when necessary.
• Assist clients in purchasing, selling, and storing precious metals, while offering expert guidance on various products and services.
• Ensure proper documentation is collected and scanned into the system for client account setup.
• Provide administrative support, including document coordination and reporting.
• Assist with stocktakes, showroom set-up, and pack-down.
• Comply with HR policies and maintain workplace health and safety standards.

  
Role Details:

• Permanent Part-Time Role
• Monday - Friday, 5 hours a day (10am – 3pm) or 4 hours a day (10am – 2pm)
• Located at Martin Place
• Base Salary: $60K - $75K (paid on a pro-rata basis)
• Bonus: Eligible to participate in bonus structure post-probation (paid on a pro-rata basis)
• A suitable candidate may be returning to work after a break (e.g., for school drop-offs), and must be comfortable with high-volume retail trade.
• May be required to assist with Dispatch (stock management) and Cashroom duties depending on market demand.
• Experience in cash handling or stock management is advantageous.
• Immediate start.
• Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
