PKL Recruitment is excited to partner with our client, a dynamic and innovative construction services group, to find experienced Site Foremen and Site Managers for premium residential projects across Sydney. With a reputation for excellence in building, landscaping, and manufacturing, our client is known for its commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and innovative designs.

About the Role:

As a Site Foreman or Site Manager, you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of high-end residential builds. Leading a team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Sub-contractors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety. You’ll work closely with the project team to execute detailed plans and ensure timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tradespeople on-site, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery.
• Interpret and execute site plans, construction drawings, and project scope.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee custom interior/exterior fit-outs and bespoke joinery work.
• Supervise and organize additional trades on-site.
• Support the development of Apprentices and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Champion workplace health and safety standards.
• Perform general building and carpentry duties as required.
• Represent the client’s brand with professionalism and attention to detail.

About You:

• Significant experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to effectively plan and manage projects.
• Proficient in using construction management software and other IT tools.

Qualifications and Certificates:

• Cert IV in Construction Management or Diploma (preferred).
• Cert III in Carpentry.
• White Card.
