About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to manage and administer a diverse portfolio of strata, community title, and common properties across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, coordinating maintenance and insurance, managing finances, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the compliance and administration of Owners Corporations in line with relevant legislation.
• Administer property portfolios, including maintenance, insurance, and claims processing.
• Coordinate and chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Committee Meetings, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Develop and maintain budgets, provide financial reports, and manage invoicing and payments.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders, and support business development efforts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Owners Corporation management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, insurance processes, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism and integrity.
