PKL Recruitment is partnering with a private certification company servicing Newcastle, Hunter, Central Coast, and Sydney, providing expert services to a diverse range of clients including architects, builders, developers, homeowners, and more.
Role Overview: As a full-time, remote A3 Building Certifier, you will oversee building certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is a work-from-home role, with occasional site visits for inspections.
About You:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Building Surveying, Bachelor in Construction Management)
• At least 5 years' experience with Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and Occupation Certificates
• Current A3 accreditation, Construction Induction Card, and driver's license
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Issue construction certificates, complying development certificates, and occupation certificates
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings
• Advise clients on building compliance
• Participate in business improvement strategies and industry events
