Location: Wolvercote, Oxford OX2 Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 basic + OTE & stretch bonus up to £20,000 Hours:
40 hours per week + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
We're currently recruiting an experienced BMW Technician to join a high-performing aftersales team in Oxford.
THE ROLE: - Diagnose, service and repair BMW vehicles - Carry out vehicle health checks - Complete accurate fault finding and diagnostics - Work to manufacturer standards - Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality - Work as part of an experienced workshop team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: - NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent - Previous dealership experience - BMW/MINI experience beneficial but not essential - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Positive, proactive team player - Full UK driving licence
