Motor Vehicle Technician
Location: Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 2BA Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join an established automotive dealership in Seaford.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to join a friendly team with access to manufacturer training, career development and uncapped bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete vehicle inspections and health checks
• Carry out MOT testing where qualified
• Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and the latest technology
• Complete all work to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
• Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 Motor Vehicle qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT Tester qualification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
• Good attention to detail and a professional approach
• Main dealer/franchise experience is advantageous but not essential

MOT training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings: 8:30am-12:30pm
• Additional overtime available
