Vehicle Technician - Level 3
Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £37,000 - £40,001 per year, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and family-run dealership in Marlow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking for a stable, permanent position with a straightforward salary package and no reliance on bonuses.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of cars and light commercial vehicles, working across a variety of makes and models.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs on cars and light vans.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic methods and equipment.
• Identify faults accurately and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, such as IMI or City & Guilds.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and practical experience.
• Good understanding of vehicle fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Experience working on a variety of car and light commercial vehicle brands.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
