Location: Dinnington - S25
Hours: Part Time - 15 hours per week
Pay: £13.45 per hour + shift enhancement
Shift rota: Predominantly worked during service daytime hours, and worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service
About the role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive
Team Support Leader to provide administrative, coordination and operational support to our care service. Working closely with the Registered Manager and Team Leaders, you will help ensure the service runs smoothly, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance processes and coordinating key administrative activities.
This is a predominantly office-based role with a strong focus on organisation and administration. However, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally provide practical support to the staff team and the people we support when service needs require it.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, documentation and care planning systems.
- Support audits, inspections, reviews and compliance tracking.
- Assist with rota management, including recording annual leave, sickness and shift changes.
- Monitor and flag staffing gaps, overdue actions and compliance requirements.
- Organise meetings, prepare documentation, take minutes and track actions.
- Manage correspondence, filing, databases, spreadsheets and general office administration.
- Act as a professional point of contact for staff, families, professionals and visitors.
- Support effective communication between the service and central support functions.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Provide flexible service support, including occasional practical assistance within the service when required.
About You You will be:
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
- Confident managing records, databases and documentation.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, approachable and committed to confidentiality.
- Experienced in working within a regulated environment, ideally health and social care.
- Flexible and willing to support wider service needs when required.
What We're Looking For - Previous experience in administration, coordination or office support.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
- Understanding of compliance, quality assurance and record-keeping processes.
- Knowledge of the care sector and regulatory requirements is desirable.
