Salary: £30,000 + DOE (Dependent on Experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the busy Parts Department at a successful Škoda and Toyota dealership in Trowbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with automotive parts experience to join a friendly and supportive team within a well-established dealer group. The Role As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and technicians receive the correct parts efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries
Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customer requirements
Processing parts orders, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims
Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements
Providing outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Ensuring the parts department remains clean, organised, and efficient
Working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts department
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic
