Motor Vehicle Technician - Braintree

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus | Main Dealer | Brand-New Workshop
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established, family-owned volume main dealer, who are looking to add an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to their growing team in Braintree.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its people and facilities, with a brand-new, purpose-built workshop and a strong reputation in the local market.
 
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Working efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborating with the wider workshop team to deliver excellent results

 Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience within a main dealer or busy workshop environment is advantageous

 Package & Benefits

• Basic salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
• Performance-related bonus + annual bonus
• Full-time, permanent position

 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 1:00pm
