An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business specialising in White Collar Construction recruitment in Nottingham.
This role will focus on permanent placements, working on an established desk with warm clients already in place, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running while continuing to grow and develop the desk further.
We are looking for a proven biller with a strong track record in recruitment who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
 
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a permanent recruitment desk within the White Collar Construction sector
• Work with existing warm clients while developing new business opportunities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
• Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new opportunities within the construction market
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
• Strong background in White Collar Construction recruitment
• Demonstrated track record of billing and successful placements
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ambitious, driven and commercially minded
