Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant with experience in Finance & Accounting? Or a strong 360 recruiter looking to step into a high-demand, high-earning market?
We’re partnering with a successful, growing recruitment business across Nottingham and Derby looking to expand their Finance & Accounting division across both Temporary and Permanent markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk with active clients and live roles.
The Role:
- Managing and growing a Finance & Accounting desk (Temp & Perm)
- Building relationships with SMEs through to large corporates
- Sourcing top talent across roles such as Accounts Assistants, Management Accountants, Finance Managers, and more
- Developing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Delivering a full 360 recruitment service
What we’re looking for: - Recruitment experience (Finance & Accounting preferred but not essential)
- Proven billings or strong sales track record
- Ability to manage both temp and perm pipelines
- Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
