Vehicle Technician
Up to £40,000 OTE | Uncapped Bonus | Family-Run Main Dealer

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs across all vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrics, etc.)
• Completing servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
• Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
• Road testing vehicles, including occasional customer demonstrations
• Communicating directly with customers to explain work carried out
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Supporting your team to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Taking part in ongoing training and development (CPD)

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience
• Previous main dealer experience preferred
• EV/Hybrid experience desirable (training provided if needed)
• MOT Tester qualification advantageous
• Positive attitude with pride in your work
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• Own tools required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
