Painters and Decorators required for a 3 night project in Newcastle 5pm - 3am paying £26 per hour via CIS

Internal Decoration & Wallpapering Works
 
Following our site survey, the following works are required to complete the necessary repairs and redecoration to the banking hall and associated office areas.
 
Scope of Works
Entrance Area (Left of Entrance Wall)

• Carefully remove 6 no. picture frames and store safely
• Strip existing wallpaper
• Prepare wall surfaces including full filling and making good
• Apply new wallpaper finish
• Re-fit all picture frames upon completion

 
Rear Left Office

• Carefully remove existing wall panels and store
• Strip existing wallpaper
• Prepare wall surfaces and make good
• Apply new wallpaper
• Re-fit wall panels once works are complete

 
Banking Hall Ceiling

• Provide desk surfer to access ceiling
• Spot repair one damaged section of ceiling
• Prepare and repaint approximately 12m² of ceiling area
• Move and protect furniture as required
• Mask and protect lighting and surrounding finishes
• Only the required areas will be painted in line with the ceiling design

 
Protection & Access

• All lighting, fixtures and furniture will be fully masked and protected prior to works
• Work areas will be left clean and tidy on completion

 
Labour & Programme

• Painter / Decorator
• Jobber
• All works to be carried out of hours to avoid disruption

 
Wallpaper Quantities (Approximate)

• Wall 1: 3.5m high x 3.5m wide
• Wall 2: 3.0m high x 3.5m wide
